Tulk is a vocabulary-learning app. Translate words and phrases, save them in a personal library, and practice recall through spaced reviews. Progress helps learners see recall and recurring mistakes.

## Platforms
- Apple: iPhone and iPad, iOS/iPadOS 26 or later. Saved content works offline. iCloud sync and Apple cloud generation require network access. Apple Intelligence depends on device, language, and model availability; manual entry remains available.
- Android: available as an APK download. Apple-specific capabilities should not be attributed to Android.
